Soap & Sugar Medispa are proud sponsors of The Salvation Army Trek for Hope Kokoda 2017. In April of this year, Kiri's husband, Daniel undertook one of his greatest challenges in trekking the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea. Daniel took on this adventure out of respect for his maternal grandfather that fought in WWII on the track. He successfully also raised over $10 000 for the Salvation Army.

In 2009, at the age of 22, Katherine was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. She survived and is thriving after receiving the ‘cured handshake’ and the news that she never had to step foot into an Oncology Ward again in 2013. At present, there is no test for Ovarian Cancer and the symptoms are silent. Until there is a test…. awareness is best!

The RSPCA is an independent, non-government community-based charity providing animal care and protection services. The RSPCA runs 40 shelters and employs around 1,000 staff. It costs more than $80 million each year to deliver all of our services, which help improve the lives of Australian animals. Most of this money comes from public donations and fundraising initiatives, as well as business partnerships, grants and RSPCA patrons.
